The pre-registration process is complete only when the Medical Insurance, Demographic data and HIPAA, Consent Forms are electronically read and signed.
• The Administrative staff collects the HIPAA, Consent forms, Insurance/EAP information, payment information, insurance verification is processed and notified.
• Appointment scheduling is done after the Billing Specialist verifies the insurance benefits and pre-registration information. The billing specialist will email the client to inform them of their financial responsibility before the appointment.
• The scheduler sends an email verification to schedule the client with dates and times available with the chosen therapist.
Complete the Pre-registration information, HIPAA and Consent Forms, payment information, Insurance card JPG image, EAP authorization and all other demographic information before scheduling your first session.
